Join us on September 14, 2025, for an insightful presentation on Supporting Emotional Growth: Helping Children Develop Emotion Recognition and Skills with Siôbhan Glynn!
Objectives: (1) identifying major milestones in emotion learning development from infancy to age 6; (2) using milestones to inform early education and identify developmentally appropriate tools to support socioemotional skills; and (3) introduction to emotional development in atypical populations, specifically children on the autism spectrum.
Siôbhan Glynn is a doctoral student in UCLA’s Psychology Department, specializing in Developmental Psychology and minoring in Quantitative Psychology. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College in 2017 and later worked as a behavioral analysis therapist as well as a research network coordinator for several research networks in the Massachusetts General Hospital Biostatistics Office.
